SELLERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THEM TO LIST THEIR PRODUCTS IN MISA VENDORS

Misa Vendors allows entrepreneurs to use Misa Vendors platform to sell their products in the marketplace. Just like the other ecommerce platforms, Misa Vendors has put in place some requirements which have to be fulfilled before one is accepted to seller their product this this platform.

The following are requirements needed for a seller to list their products in Misa Vendors platform.

1.     Only authorized sellers can list their products – Misa Vendors has put in place checks and balances to ensure that only authorized sellers sell the branded products, the sellers have to be ready to provide proof of authorization in the form of trademarks and licenses. This ensures that both the brand owner and the seller are protected.

2.     Offering affordable pricing – the sellers are required to offer affordable prices of their premium products.  If the seller is planning to send costly and high-end products, then Misa Vendors may not be the ideal ecommerce platform for you. It is important for Misa Vendors Sellers to maintain the same pricing for their product as the same as other ecommerce platforms.

3.     Must be age of 18 years and above - all sellers who list their products in Misa Vendors are supposed to 18 years and above and IF A MINOR he/ she must operate under supervision of a parent or a guardian.

4.      Operate under the scope of Misa Vendors – the sellers must operate under the scope of Misa Vendor which is SELLERS ARE ALLOWED TO SELL SPECIFIED TYPE OF PRODUCT IN THEIR SHOP ie one type of product for example if a seller is selling laptops, he/she is only allowed to sell laptops and their accessories. All sell should not run out of stock.
